Our Ministry, a valid Section, 501 (c) (3) exempt corporation, under both Federal and State laws, recognizes the challenges and opportunities available in the Inland Empire including the City of Yucaipa, to partner with For-Profit businesses and enterprises to obtain special financing and funding available under a myriad of governmental programs in Redevelopment, Community Development, Housing, Small Businesses, Special Grants and Private Foundations. As part of our Ministry’s Outreach, our Ministry is committed to seeking opportunities for joint venture engagements with responsible, sensitive, growing and expanding businesses that are either already actively engaged in business in the Inland Empire or seeking attractive, viable and profitable opportunities.
In its Redevelopment Plan for the Yucaipa Redevelopment Project,our city stresses revitalization and rebuilding its Uptown District. In its City of Yucaipa Uptown Business District Specific Plan, the city underscored its principal objective: “a long term design and development strategy to revitalize Yucaipa’s Uptown”.Our plans are in accord with the City’s objectives and we are working harmoniously with both public and private organizations to realize the City’s goals.
An emerging trend which is becoming more widespread involves visionary, entrepreneurial NGOs and Philanthropists entering into joint ventures and a variety of other types of structures to engage in business activities that add value to a city’s commercial area, yield tax revenues, employment for local residents, vital and much needed services and products for a community.
Our Ministry has two very distinct advantages in this, Focus and Momentum. Partnering with us can be realistically structured to be most effective, efficient and profitable. Our focus includes objectives of the city added to ours, to plan, build and see first rate, unique projects, affordable housing and ultimately a unique Uptown Specialty Center with a major hotel, national and regional retail stores, shops, restaurants and offices for professional services.
Our Ministry will also vigorously pursue grants, foundations and assistance from organizations and individuals whose policies and objectives are such that our Ministry can responsibly undertake and implement.
